Delivery

 

Deliver of any stock item is within 1-2 working days of accepting your order unless payment has been made by cheque. When payment is by cheque, the cheque has to clear before the order is released which maybe 5-7 working days from the cheque been submitted to the bank clearing.

 

All orders are sent by couriers.

               

All deliveries have to be signed for so please make arrangements for the delivery to be accepted at the delivery given. A parcel cannot be redirected once we have the shipping address given by you.

If for reasons the delivery person is not able to deliver to your delivery address, they will leave a card for you to contact them.

Offshore UK                          *£15.00

 

Europe                                   *£15.00

 

Rest of the World                  *£25.00

 

 * Any taxes or charges to an order as a result of the delivery point having further taxes or charges to pay are liable to the purchaser of the goods.

All delivery costs are per order.

 

Returns Policy

When you have made your purchase, you will have peace of mind that you have a 7 day cooling off period that allows you to return the order within 7 days of the purchase date. We offer a 14 day return policy from the purchase date.

 

This applies to faulty products, unopened and unused or unworn products that are in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for getting the order back to us at their expense and we suggest that you package it as received and return the purchase back to us by means that are safe and can be traced if the parcel goes missing.

 

The return of the parcel is the full responsibility of the customer.

 

You must inform us of your intention to return within 7 days of receiving the order or the goods are classed as bought. All returns must be unopened and in brand new condition with all its original packaging, labels, bags and box.

 

Once the purchase is returned to us and is satisfactory, the purchaser will receive a full refund of the product purchase price. Any carriage charges are not refunded, and the carriage charges the purchaser pays to return the products will not be refunded.

Please inform us of your reason for return by emailing us and receiving and returns number. Purchases received back without a returns number will not be refunded.
