How can I purchase your products?
We have numerous options for purchases to be made which includes; all the major debit and credit cards, PayPal and payments can always be posted to us by cheque or Postal Orders.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery of any item in stock will be within 1-2 working days of accepting your order unless payment has been made by cheque. When payment is by cheque or Postal Order, the cheque or Postal Order has to clear before the order is released which maybe 5-7 working days from the cheque been submitted to the bank.
Deliveries outside the Mainland UK may or will take longer than 1-2 working days, though in 98% of orders, they arrive the next working day.

What is Nappa Leather?
‘‘Nappa leather’’ or as some say ‘’Napa leather’’ is made from un-split sheep, lamb or kid skin which is dyed by tanning with salts of Chromium or Aluminium Sulphate. Nappa leather is full grain leather and is noted for its softness and durability. Its regularly uses are in high end quality products like jackets, bags, luggage, wallets, furniture and the luxury end of car seats.
What is Nubuck Leather?
Nubuck leather is top grain cattle rawhide leather, which has been either buffed or sanded on the grain side or the outside to give it a peached or velvet type finish. Nubuck leather is often work by cowboys due to its light and comfortable feel.
What is Suede?
Suede is a type of leather which has a brushed like finish. The term is from the French ‘’gants de suede’’ and translate as ‘’gloves of Sweden’’.
Suede leather comes from the under skin side of mainly the lamb, although pig, goat, deer and calf skin is used. Suede is a lot softer but also less durable than standard leather, but for this fact and its thinness, it is very suitable to clothing, gloves and for lining of products.

What if I order the wrong size or the colour is not what I wanted?
If after you have received your order and the size ordered doesn’t fit you or the colour of the garment was not what you wanted, then there are two options.
1. Return the purchase back to ourselves after following the returns procedure and we will exchange free of charge your order for the correct colour or size you require. A cheque made payable to JLG Leather Ltd, will have to be sent with the purchase for the re-delivery charge to send the replacement back to you.
