By placing an order via JLG Leather Ltd’s website or wholesale order by email, phone or post it is therefore notification that you agree to our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, so please check these before making your purchase. All orders will be subject to the conditions set out below. Please note that we do not accept any orders placed via our website from outside the United Kingdom at this time, though this will be changing shorlty.

Cancellation

We may cancel an order for any reason, of any item, at any time before your order leaves us.
All prices quoted on the website are in GB Pounds (£) and inclusive of VAT. Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Delivery Charges

Standard UK postage and packing delivery is £6.50 for all website orders for deliveries to Mainland UK only.

Delivery

JLG Leather Ltd will aim to deliver any item in stock within 3-4 working days of accepting your order unless payment has been made by cheque. Unless we have stated otherwise in writing, delivery dates are not guaranteed, although we shall make every reasonable effort to achieve this. Our normal delivery service is by Royal Mail or various other carriers, depending on the size and weight of the order placed. If you are not home during the day, we suggest you provide us with a work address to have your order delivered to. If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it, please do not hesitate to telephone us on, 0114 218 0621 or email us between the hours of 9am - 5.00pm, Monday-Friday, excluding all English Bank Holidays. All delivery charges and times relate to UK Mainland addresses only at this time.

Overseas Deliveries

We do not at this stage provide delivery to the Highlands, Ireland, Channel Island’s or an overseas delivery service. Orders placed from outside the specified areas cannot be accepted, in which case a refund will be issued, minus any charges incurred as a result of the transaction.

No order is binding on you or JLG Leather Ltd until we have accepted it.

Weights and sizes given are approximate, though they are very accurate.

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction, colour may vary in accordance with the settings of your monitor, software, or printer.

Shopping online with www.jlgleather.co.uk, is a safe, secure and easy process. The ordering information including your personal details and credit card number are encrypted before being sent over the Internet.

Returns Policy

When you have made your purchase, you will have peace of mind that you have a 7 day cooling off period that allows you to return the order within 7 days of the purchase date. We offer a 14 day return policy from the purchase date. This applies to faulty products, unopened and unused or worn products that are in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for getting the product back to us at their expense and we suggest that you package it carefully and return the purchase back to us by means that are safe and can be traced if the parcel goes missing. The return of the parcel is the full responsibility of the customer. You must inform us of your intention to return within 7 days of receiving the order or the goods are classed as bought. All returns must be unopened and in brand new condition with all its original packaging and box as received. Once the purchase is returned to us and is satisfactory, the purchaser will receive a full refund of the product purchase price. Any carriage charges are not refunded, and the carriage charges the purchaser pays to return the product will not be refunded.

Please inform us of your reason for return by emailing us and receiving a returns number. Purchases received back without a returns number will not be refunded.

Offline Payment

You can place your order with us over the telephone, using any of the major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment using our Order Form which you can request to be sent to you by post or email. You can pay by cheque or by postal order. Please make cheques and postal orders payable to: JLG Leather Ltd, and write your home address and cheque card number on the back of the cheque. For our protection, orders paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until the funds clear - this could be from 5-7 working days. We apologise for the delay in this process.

Website Errors

Every effort is made to ensure that all the information provided on the www.jlgleather.co.uk website is correct, but in some circumstances there maybe mistakes, which once found will be rectified immediately.

If for some reason an advertised products price is wrong, we do have the right to not sell at that price. The customer will be contacted to sort out a suitable conclusion.
